The provisions of the Act of Congress known as the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998, codified at 20 U.S.C. §2301 et seq., originally known as the Vocational Education Act of 1963, and enacted December 18, 1963, as part A of Pub. L. No. 88-210, 77 Stat. 403, and all amendments thereto and the benefit of all funds appropriated under said Act and all other Acts pertaining to vocational education, are accepted.
