Section 29C.23. Iowa radio interoperability platform.

The Iowa radio interoperability platform shall be under the joint purview of the department of public safety and the department of transportation. The departments shall jointly submit a biannual report to the Iowa statewide interoperable communications system board beginning July 1, 2016.
