Section 514.14. Dissolution or merger.

Any dissolution, merger, or liquidation of a corporation organized under the provisions of said chapter shall be under the supervision of the commissioner of insurance who shall have all powers with respect thereto granted to the commissioner under the insurance laws of this state.
